After signing two needed stars to help them battle for the English Premier League title next season, Chelsea are now ready to unveil their new signings in the coming days.
Former Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech and RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner are now officially Chelsea players since their contracts started on July 1, 2020 and are expected to be presented to the club Fans.
The talented duo will not be able to help the Blues recover from the defeat of West Ham when they welcome Watford this weekend, but can train with their new teammates at Cobham.
It remains to be seen when Werner and Ziyech will be officially presented as Blues players, but Lampard revealed plans for the pair earlier this week.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference on Tuesday afternoon as cited by Sports Central, Lampard revealed: "I am in the process of arranging that plan now. "You are right, they do become our players. "They are also in different positions in the fact that Hakim hasn’t played for a long time because the Dutch league situation and Timo finished at the weekend. "We will formulate a plan for them that will look slightly different individually. "We will decide in the meantime at Cobham in the training ground whether that means mixing with the squad or whether that means some physical work in the shorter term for themselves.
Chelsea are determined to fight in all fronts next season as Lampard has been backed by the Blues bosses on getting the required machineries for next season..
