Tyson Fury Is Enjoying Some Quality Time Away From The Boxing Ring But Recently Teased Fans With A Video Uploaded To His Official Instagram Page

Tyson Fury has spoken out for the first time since he retired from boxing - but fans have been left disappointed after the 'Gypsy King' took to social media to promote a competition.

Earlier this month, the former two-time heavyweight world champion shocked the boxing world by announcing his retirement from the sport. The news came as a big blow to Anthony Joshua - who has been tipped to face the fellow Brit inside the squared-circle this year.

Fury made the announcement in a short video which he posted on social media. "Hi everybody, I'm going to make this short and sweet," he said to the camera. "I'd like to announce my retirement from boxing. It's been a blast, I've loved every single minute of it. I'm going to end with this. Dick Turpin wore a mask. God bless everybody, see you on the other side. Get up!"

After hanging up the gloves, the 36-year-old has been enjoying life outside of the ring and has been spending a lot more quality time with his family. However, he recently opted to upload a video to his socials. Traditionally, Fury tends to post a short clip online promoting his upcoming fight or showing off how hard he's working in training. This time around though, he decided to take a different approach.

Taking to Instagram, the Brit revealed how fans can enter a whopping competition to win themselves a Mercedes SL55, saying: "Hi guys, Tyson Fury here! Sign up to Ring Magazine today and get your chance to win the SL55. All the best. Good luck and god bless you."

The post seemed to trick a few fans, with one writing: "Thought you were announcing a comeback," while another replied as cited by Sports Central: "Really thought he was out of retirement already when I seen this video." A third posted: "Was hoping for come back video!! Get back in the ring Tyson!!"

Recently, Fury took his family to Disneyland Paris for a family getaway. The 'Gypsy King', his wife Paris, and their seven children spent a few days at the park, enjoying the the rides and attractions.

Paris shared a number of heartwarming snaps from their trip on social media as the family clearly had a great time in the French capital. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Paris, 35, shared a selection of family shots, including Tyson riding the teacups with their second eldest daughter Valencia. She then shared a video of the family watching the parade, which included Jessie from Toy Story, captioning the clip: "Their faces was worth the cold."

Despite seemingly enjoying some quality time with the family, Fury's reaction whilst riding the teacups was priceless. In one of the stories Paris uploaded to Instagram, the 'Gypsy King' was filmed on the ride with the 36-year-old struggling to crack a smile throughout the duration of the short clip.
